About Me
From traditional medicine to a more personal kind of wellness. My career in health began in 2010, with experience spanning family and internal medicine, orthopedic and plastic surgery, dermatology, clinical research, phlebotomy and aesthetics. But it was my own health that eventually changed the trajectory. When debilitating periods and early signs of perimenopause arrived in my 30s, I became less interested in simply quieting symptoms and far more interested in understanding the body behind them. That curiosity became an education, and ultimately, a new career. Today, as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and soon-to-be NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, with personal training joining the mix, I look forward to bringing together two worlds: the clinical perspective I was professionally immersed in and a foundational approach to nutrition, strength and everyday wellness.
