Welcome! My name is Esi. At HECM Wellness, we make it a priority to help your body transition into menopause with ease. We help women in their 50s improve detoxification and drainage so they obtain optimal health especially as we move into our 50s.
 

Many of my clients feel a significant improvement when these systems are open and optimize to improve circulation, remove waste and reduce inflammation so that they retain healthy bones, joints and muscles. I'm often the first person you'll meet as HECM Wellness.

 

I've been an integrative - wellness practitioner since 2006 and a licensed massage therapist since 2013. I've touched countless bodies, and I understand that organs, bones, muscles, and joints often need more support than massage or nutrition change alone can provide. Listening to my clients' concerns has shaped my approach.

 

My passion and goal is to blend massage therapy with functional nutrition to address your unique needs as you grow into menopause. I love this work and am dedicated to helping you achieve optimal wellness.
