About Me
With decades of experience in dance, fitness, and entertainment, I’ve worn a lot of hats! As the owner of a talent agency, I’ve had the joy of mentoring emerging stars and watching their journeys unfold. Teaching has also been a big part of my life—both in high schools and colleges—where I’ve shared my passion for growth and development. In 2017, I graduated from the Nutritional Therapy Association (NTA) and dove into the world of nutrition, launching my own business. I’m a lifelong learner, having completed the GAPS program, three levels of RWS, and currently teaching the RESTART program. Helping others thrive through movement, performance, and nutrition is what keeps me going!
