I am a seasoned Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Health Coach, and trained Professional Chef. My journey to founding Taste of Healing began with my own health challenges—and finding lasting answers through the healing power of real food and addressing the root cause of illness.
With extensive experience in guiding clients through complex health conditions, I specialize in creating tailored nutritional therapy solutions that empower individuals to reclaim their well-being. Areas of expertise include gut health, auto-immune conditions, heavy metal detoxification and therapeutic diets.
