About Me
My focus is on providing education and services to help you and your family reach your highest wellness goals and potential. I believe in the connection between mind, body, and spirit and use a foundational, bio-individual approach in working with Nutritional Therapy and Neurofeedback. I offer group classes as well as individualized work with nutrition and neurofeedback. My degree in Educational Studies (Early Childhood / Elementary Education and Development) and more than 30 years of experience working with children and families in a variety of settings informs my work with families. I am also certified as an Epidemic Answers Health Coach, Level 1 Restorative Wellness Practitioner, RESTART Instructor, Metabolic Approach To Cancer Advocate, Reiki Practitioner, and Spirit Code Practitioner. My passion is in supporting families in finding balance when children are struggling with various issues that have become so common today. We work together and in collaboration with other practitioners to discover imbalances and restore optimal function.
