About Me
Hi, I'm Krysta. As a loving wife and mother to two young boys, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to prioritize our own personal wellness. I've heard from countless women that their health has become sub-optimal due to the daily stressors and lifestyles we lead, and it's common to ignore initial symptoms until they manifest as 'dis-ease'. I started my own Nutritional Therapy practice because I'm truly passionate about helping women reclaim their optimal health. I started my journey in healthcare as a Registered Nurse and spent most of my career working in the Neonatal ICU (NICU), where I enjoyed working with new families. I later worked for an IV nutrient-replacement clinic, which solidified my desire to work in a more restorative capacity. As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I now help women identify the root cause of their health concerns and address them through personalized recommendations for nutritional and lifestyle changes, plus supplementation when necessary.
