About Me
My name is Deb. I am a Functional Nutritionist. I live in Kingston, WA with by wife, Lisa and dog, Clarice. I am passionate about wellness and nutrition, spending a lot of my free time learning all I can. When not geeking out on wellness, you can find me reading, swimming, gardening, doing Yoga, walking the dog or creating DIY lotions and potions. I graduated from NTA in 2020 and then continued on to Erin Holt's Funk'tional Nutrition Academy to learn more about how to apply what I had learned in NTA. My practice is generalized, as I believe all of our systems are related and you can't focus on one without looking at all the others. I believe strongly in bio-individuality and personal choice so I have no dogma about the "perfect" diet for all (except following a whole-foods diet and cutting out the ultra-processed foods). I meet you where you are and together we find a pace that feels good and doable to you. My clients have had great success in reducing pain, brain fog, digestive issues and losing those last few stubborn pounds, although I do not like to focus on weight loss alone without some other underling health goals.
