As a multifaceted woman living in the fast pace of modern life, I understand what it means to balance multiple roles and responsibilities. I also know that, for many women, this constant demand can make us more vulnerable to health challenges—making it essential to choose nourishing foods and build sustainable, healthy habits.
My professional journey began in the corporate world, where I earned a degree in Business Administration and an MBA. However, it was motherhood that led me to reassess my priorities and dive deep into the study of health and wellness. I trained as a Functional Nutrition Therapist and became board-certified by the National Association of Nutrition Professionals (NANP). This training allowed me to blend scientific knowledge with the wisdom passed down through generations in my family, where women have long been healers—herbalist aunts, intuitive grandmothers, and seekers of ancient paths of self-discovery and well-being.
Today, I bring these disciplines together to support other women on their journey toward self-care and conscious eating. Because true wellness isn’t built on strict diets or quick fixes—it grows from small daily choices, learning to nourish ourselves, getting to know who we are, and living with authenticity and coherence.
