About Me
I personally struggled with a diagnosis of Type 2 diabetes in my early 20's despite being underweight. My sister lost her life to unmanaged Type 2 diabetes which led me down the road to become a nutritionist. I was also diagnosed with autoimmune disorders that inspired me to dive deeper into the root causes of inflammation. I am now in remission and help others to overcome challenges with digestion, gut health, metabolic health, and improve longevity through appropriate lab testing and thorough health history.
